Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in project management and scheduling
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- The candidates should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have an Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college. Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- The candidates should have 2+ years of experience working in top-tier ERP systems, with experience in Oracle Cloud being highly desirable
- The candidates should have experience in manufacturing material purchasing and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The candidates should have prior experience in the development of scheduling tools and processes
- The candidates should have knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma Manufacturing processes and methodologies (a plus). Green or Black Belt certification
- The candidates should have experience with and an understanding of multiple planning systems, including MS Project, ERP, and JIT
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability
- The candidates should be able to coordinate preliminary weekly or daily schedules with the Operations Manager to include critical requirements and utilize purchased part shortage reports to assist in manufacturing planning
- The candidates should be able to create and monitor production hours reports, identify discrepancies or errors in reporting, and make necessary adjustments in the time tracking system
- The candidates should be able to identify and communicate “at risk” deliveries to appropriate stakeholders to meet or manage customer expectations and establish communication channels with supervisors for schedule feedback, encouraging team member input to improve accuracy and effectiveness
- The candidates should be able to address conflicts or disagreements related to scheduling or priorities and find collaborative solutions to keep projects on track
- The candidates should be able to encourage consensus among team members and stakeholders regarding key scheduling decisions, ensuring alignment with project plans and establish a feedback loop for team members to provide input on schedule feasibility and accuracy for continuous improvement
- The candidates should be able to work closely with supervisors to provide scheduling guidance, labor equipment, and M2M training and support to ensure motivation and address production issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize production disruptions
- The candidates should be able to monitor project progress, identify deviations from the schedule, and take proactive measures to address delays or other issues and review engineering change notices (ECN) and ensure any additional manufacturing requirements are accounted for
- The candidates should be able to analyze and report key performance indicators such as delivery performance, backlog, and performance to the master schedule and serve as a change advocate and subject matter expert (SME) for ERP production planning and scheduling modules
- The candidates should be able to continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy and mentor project team members on best practices for schedule management and adherence
