Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and physically capable of meeting demanding requirements
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity, demonstrate attention to detail, and have good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, able to manage a large workload, and able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, able to work in dusty environments, and able to work in hot conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• The candidates should demonstrate adaptability, be collaborative, and work efficiently
• The candidates should be hardworking, have a positive attitude, and be proactive
• The candidates should be quick learners, dependable, and reliable
• The candidates should be team players and demonstrate flexibility

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
• The candidates should be able to operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
• The candidates should be able to weigh materials and goods, provide customer service,  pack and unpack goods, sort, crate, and stack goods, and handle and store hazardous products safely
