Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Sales, Buying, Merchandise needs analysis, Market analysis, Product selection, Negotiation, Distribution, Pricing, Product development, and Merchandising or window
Computer and technology knowledge: Computer and technology knowledge, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should have experience in handling heavy loads and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods, be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required, and be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work and prioritize client satisfaction, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and excelling in both oral and written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, show initiative, and exercise good judgment, being organized and able to work well in a team
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange products according to planograms, establish and maintain contact with suppliers, and maintain adequate stock levels
- The candidates should be able to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to review the requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, select and purchase merchandise for resale, and supervise the work of other buyers
- The candidates should be able to visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events
