Salary: $30.00 hourly for 35 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication abilities and be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to complete insurance and other claim forms
  • The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • The candidates should be able to prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
