Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral communication
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication and flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should maintain an organized work style while demonstrating flexibility in their approach to tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare notices and advertisements
- The candidates should be able to collect, screen, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- The candidates should be able to recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, while advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
- The candidates should be able to determine eligibility for entitlements, arrange staff training, and provide employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff effectively
