High Level Dental Clinic offers a comprehensive range of dental services including cleanings, digital X-rays, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, and orthodontics. Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Willing to relocate and Dental practice

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail
Security and safety: Criminal record check

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus, judgment, organization, and reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and maintain the filing system
  • The candidates should be able to order supplies, maintain inventory, and determine/establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
