Salary: $20.00 to $21.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 to 44 hours per week

Shifts
: Day, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
Work setting: Clinic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge:  MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle large caseload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, judgmental, and be able to work as a team player
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, complete insurance and other claim forms
  • The candidates should be able to maintain filing system, perform general clerical work, such as order supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
