Job Description:

Position: Mould maker – plastics processing

Salary: $28.75 to $30.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: 150 Mitchell Street Goderich, ON N7A 3X8
Shifts: Day, Evening, Overtime
Work Setting: In shop, Willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as other trades certificate, diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification, Mould Maker Trade Certification
Metal mould-making experience: Injection moulds
Tool and die fabrication experience: Gauges or instruments, Jigs and fixtures
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, flexible, organised and a good team player.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should instruct apprentices, program CNC machine tools, read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
- The candidate should inspect and test final products.
