Shifts: Day, To be determined, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply


  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events effectively, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department to align with the organization’s goals and objectives and direct staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging high performance, as well as plan and control budget and expenditures within the HR department, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately, documenting discussions and decisions for reference, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talented employees
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and courteously, maintaining effective communication, and answer electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information and assistance
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information accurately, organizing it for analysis and reporting purposes, as well as order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring availability for daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people warmly and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed, providing helpful assistance, and supervise office and volunteer staff members, delegating tasks and providing support as required
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations within the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective performance
