Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be organized
  • The candidates should be a team player and be accurate
  • The candidates should have client focus and exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
