Salary: $27.50 hourly 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be adept at working under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines with precision
  • The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized, flexible, and reliable
  • The candidates should have ability to multitask, time management, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, train staff, and perform data entry
