Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Reports, Forms and records, Invoices, and Correspondence
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Excel
Security and safety: Reference required, Criminal record check, Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to verify receipts and packing slips
