Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 annually (to be negotiated) 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Grouard, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, organized, flexible, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have values and ethics, excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • The candidates should be able to direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
  • The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • The candidates should be able to interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • The candidates should be able to plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
  • The candidates should be able to prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
