Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, in/on water, in outdoors, and in cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, initiative, flexible, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports, clean and maintain aquaculture enclosures
- The candidates should be able to transfer stock to tanks in trucks and pack stock in special containers
- The candidates should be able to transport marine plants to processing plants
- The candidates should be able to clean, sort and pack shellfish
- The candidates should be able to grade and weigh aquaculture stocks
