Job Description:

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Construction specialization: Residential

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, be prepared for physically demanding work, and be available to work overtime as required
The candidates should be able to handle weight and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be focused on client needs, be organized, be reliable, and be strong team players

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, as well as clean and pile salvaged materials
The candidates should be able to repair cracks and holes, prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and mix paint to desired colour and texture
The candidates should be able to erect scaffolding and swing stages, attach rigging, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
