Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or technical discipline
Experience: Candidates should have 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have 5+ years of experience supporting production systems in a live site model
• The candidates should possess 3+ years of engineering management experience, ideally leading teams of 5-10 members
• The candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND have 10+ years of technical engineering experience with proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• The candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding proficiency in the aforementioned languages, or equivalent experience
• The candidates should have demonstrated experience leading technical projects from inception to completion
• The candidates should have experience working with distributed systems in a cloud environment and possess effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to design and develop new automation solutions for incident analysis and hands-off mitigation
• The candidates should be able to collect and analyze data on various metrics to identify key areas for engineering investment
• The candidates should be able to investigate, diagnose, and mitigate critical issues impacting the Operating System (OS) platform
• The candidates should be able to lead critical calls with customers and act as a support engineer during on-call rotations
• The candidates should be able to deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
• The candidates should be able to model the organization’s culture, embody its values, and practice its leadership principles and manage a team responsible for similar duties effectively
