Salary: $17.96 hourly for 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Saint-Bruno, QC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime
Work setting: Food and/or beverage processing
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or Spanish Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Regulations knowledge: Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations
Credentials: Forklift Operator Certification, First Aid Certificate, and Occupational Health and Safety Certificate

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have the ability to work independently, have attention to detail and be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate flexibility and be organized
• The candidates should be a team player and demonstrate reliability

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports and supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
