Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, health sciences
Experience: Candidates should have experience in developing, delivering, and assessing training programs and educational resources related to neurostimulation techniques
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have at least three years of experience in repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and neurostimulation, with a proven track record of administering treatments and providing specialized training
- The candidates should have expertise in advanced rTMS protocols, such as MRI-guided neuronavigation and deep TMS
- The candidates should have a strong understanding of data management practices, particularly in clinical research and neurostimulation settings
- The candidates should have knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards governing clinical research and neurostimulation treatments
- The candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
- The candidates should have bilingualism (French and English) proficiency in a second language
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and deliver specialized training programs focused on repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) protocols, including advanced techniques such as MRI-guided neuronavigation and deep TMS
- The candidates should be able to create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to enhance the understanding of rTMS techniques
- The candidates should be able to facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective delivery and consistent application of rTMS protocols
- The candidates should be able to support the integration of rTMS training into routine clinical practice
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, scientifically up-to-date training
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines in the execution of rTMS treatments and training programs and monitor adherence to training protocols and provide guidance to trainees
- The candidates should be able to support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating training effectiveness and incorporating feedback into program enhancements
- The candidates should be able to stay informed on the latest advancements in rTMS research and integrate new findings into training content and work at the designated location at 1025 Queen Street West
