Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi and Panjabi
Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent educational qualification
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to negotiate or approve the rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner, ensuring favorable terms, and ensure that the terms of lease agreements are met by tenants, monitoring compliance and taking necessary actions
  • The candidates should be able to hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties, ensuring efficient property management, and prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, ensuring that services are carried out effectively
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship, and monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, providing regular updates and reports
  • The candidates should be able to compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare expense and income reports for property owners, providing financial insights and recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to ensure timely response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, addressing issues promptly and efficiently to maintain tenant satisfaction and property value
