Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have university training to food process and quality technologies
Experience: Candidates should possess relevant training and experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
  • The candidates should be capable of making decisions quickly, even under pressure
  • The candidates should provide solutions to problems
  • The candidates should have work experience in a comparable environment, which is advantageous
  • The candidates should be prepared for a DAY shift during the summer with a transfer to an EVENING shift in the fall

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be recognized as rigorous and precise individuals
  • The candidates should be skilled in computerized technologies, particularly touch screens
  • The candidates should be proficient in both French and English, providing an additional advantage

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to carry out quality and process control tours on production lines
  • The candidates should be able to promote compliance with manufacturing standards by employees in terms of hygiene and health
  • The candidates should be able to support and advise production in resolving problems
  • The candidates should be able to monitor critical control points such as metal detectors, x-rays, and inspection cameras
  • The candidates should be able to monitor improvement projects and the creation of new products by actively participating with different departments
  • The candidates should be able to validate recipes and collect and analyze data from samples taken
  • The candidates should be able to monitor the conservation of aged products and ingredients and make deductions and draft RNC (Non-Conformity Reports)
  • The candidates should be able to provide assistance with physicochemical and microbiological analyses and investigate internal or external complaints
  • The candidates should be able to perform calibration and calibration of various measuring equipment
  • The candidates should be able to validate cleanings by surface swab and ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) techniques
