Work setting: General office, Health care institution, facility, or clinic, and Retirement home

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Switchboard 1-25 lines, MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows 
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and consistently meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to provide accurate basic information to clients and the public

  • The candidates should be able to record, relay, and confirm information accurately and promptly
  • The candidates should be able to schedule appointments efficiently and maintain organized records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments accurately and issue receipts promptly
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to promptly answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance effectively
  • The candidates should be able to provide emergency services promptly and efficiently, prioritizing urgent situations
  • The candidates should be able to perform accurate data entry and provide professional customer service
