Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and manage their time effectively.
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, be organized, and demonstrate reliability as team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, provide basic information, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, distributing mail, and data entry
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephones, relay telephone calls and messages, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
