Salary: $33.01 to $40.25 hourly (To be negotiated) for 80 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 640 Main St, Mahone Bay, NS B0J 2E0, Canada
Shifts: Day, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Hospital or home for the aged and Long term care center
Supervision: 16-20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
Security and safety: Adult Abuse Registry check and Vulnerable sector check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have strong attention to detail, be able to handle physically demanding tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should have good manual dexterity and be able to bend, crouch, and kneel
• The candidates should be able to sit and stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and have efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication, be flexible, and show initiative
• The candidates should have good judgment, be organized, reliable, and a team player
• The candidates should have strong time management skills

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
