Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Grade 12 education
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of traveling to various locations within Waterloo Region as required for job duties

  • The candidates should be able to assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • The candidates should be able to handle reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • The candidates should be able to provide support in finance-related activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
  • The candidates should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative support, including drafting meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
