Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Apartments, Condominiums, Low-rises (less than 8 stories)
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Office, MS Outlook
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to negotiate or approve the rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner, ensuring that the terms of lease agreements are met
- The candidates should be able to prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
- The candidates should be able to compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensuring a timely response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
