Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 – $1,500,000
Supervision: More than 20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, Point of sale system, MS Excel, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, flexible, and reliable
  • The candidates should have be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, cost products and services
  • The candidates should be able to determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, recruit, train and supervise staff
