Transportation information: Own transportation
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, and Spreadsheet 
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be attentive to detail
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required to meet deadlines and ensure attention to detail in their tasks

  • The candidates should be accurate, focused on client satisfaction, and dependable in their responsibilities
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication abilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations efficiently to ensure smooth functioning and monitor revenues regularly to optimize profitability
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for favorable terms and quality standards
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews for staff members, assess their work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed for employees and customers
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels with minimized wastage, and negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use with mutually beneficial agreements
  • The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and their implementation effectively to attract customers and promote the business, as well as set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance for productivity and customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support for their excellence in roles
