Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers, known as Royal Service
  • The candidate should be able to provide general administrative support to Team Members and leaders in the store
  • The candidate should be able to provide specific human resources support, including participation in recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Team Members
  • The candidate should be able to support the leadership team with front-line duties, such as leading Team Members in the execution of their tasks
  • The candidate should be able to facilitate the implementation of policies within the store
  • The candidate should be able to coordinate wellness and disability management processes for Team Members
  • The candidate should be able to manage scheduling for all store Team Members using the time and attendance system
  • The candidate should be able to assist leaders in planning and executing team meetings and events
  • The candidate should be able to administer the Team Member uniform program
  • The candidate should be able to work with the Royal Service Academy to coordinate and track training program completion for Team Members
