Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide general administrative and human resources support to Team Members and leaders in the store and contribute to creating a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers, known as Royal Service
- The candidates should be able to assist in implementing store policies and procedures effectively, participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Team Members and coordinate wellness and disability management processes for store Team Members
- The candidates should be able to manage scheduling for all store Team Members using the time and attendance system, help leaders plan and execute team meetings and store events and administer the Team Member uniform program efficiently
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with the Royal Service Academy to coordinate and track training program completion and maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative functions
- The candidates should be able to provide support in resolving Team Member inquiries and concerns professionally, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations assist with payroll-related administration and verification processes
- The candidates should be able to contribute to fostering a positive and engaging work environment for all Team Members
