Petro Canada based in Redwater, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Retail Store Supervisor. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Supervision: 1-2 people, 3-4 people
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to assign sales workers to duties
- The candidate should be able to authorize return of merchandise and sell merchandise
- The candidate should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- The candidate should be able to organize and maintain inventory
- The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidate should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers
