Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well, meeting tight deadlines while paying attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk as needed, capable of walking and standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize accuracy and focus on client satisfaction, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and excelling in oral communication
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, maintain organization, and be reliable team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, sell merchandise, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, authorize the return of merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
