Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams, effectively
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties based on their skills and abilities
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque in accordance with company policies
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise as per inventory needs and customer demand
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise in compliance with return policies
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules for employees to ensure smooth operations
- The candidates should be able to sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent service
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters accurately and comprehensively
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory efficiently to optimize stock levels
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to achieve operational goals
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback
- The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
