Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have retail or foodservice experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • The candidates should possess the ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making one of our customer-favorites coffee

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
  • The candidates should have commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
  • The candidates should have excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
  • The candidates should have the ability to understand and follow applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to handle cash, process fuel transactions, perform cleaning, and stocking duties as part of the role
  • The candidates should be able to engage in camaraderie with the store team and have fun interactions with customers
  • The candidates should be able to undertake food prep and adhere to foodservice safety protocols if assigned to specific foodservice positions
