Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have strong manual dexterity
  • The candidates should possess excellent attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • The candidates should be able to walk as part of their duties, sit for extended periods, and stand for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.), assign sales workers to duties, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for the training of staff, establish work schedules, and conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to order merchandise, organize and maintain inventory, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to manage cash, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and supervise office and volunteer staff
