Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor of Science
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of sanitation
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to plan and organize work independently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge of the MS-Office suite and be bilingual in French and English
- The candidates should have in-depth knowledge of sanitary equipment design
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to contribute to achieving the objectives set according to the Quality Department’s operational plan in accordance with Kraft Mont-Royal policies and values
- The candidates should be able to provide support to the Director of Sanitation in the implementation of the business plan and sanitation improvement projects
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and participate in the execution of periodic cleaning activities with maintenance and operations
- The candidates should be able to serve as the contact person to plan the cleaning of infrastructure walls, ceiling, neon lights and overhead structures
- The candidates should be able to participate in maintenance and modifications related to cleaning issues
- The candidates should be able to evaluate performance gaps and direct action plans to resolve and/or prevent the recurrence of routine problems related to sanitation and periodic cleaning of infrastructure and equipment
- The candidates should be able to report identified problems (processes, operational practices, equipment design, or others) to the individuals or teams concerned and recommend appropriate fixes or improvements
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with periodic cleanings by taking swabs and carrying out inspections
- The candidates should be able to work with multidisciplinary teams to improve our sanitation processes
