Salary: $37,500 to $52,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – On the road job
Location: 144 Edinburgh suite 264Moncton, NB E1E 2K7
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, vehicle supplied by employer, willing to travel, willing to travel regularly, valid driver’s license, and willing to travel cross-border
Work setting: On-site customer service, remote location, and various locations

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Type of service and repair: Repair, alarm/security system, computers and peripherals, and video cameras and projector
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, networks, wireless networks, and wireless router
Own tools/equipment: Hard hat and steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Electronic Technician Trade Certification – consumer products and working at heights training
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check, and driving record check (abstract)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in confined spaces
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks performed and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the job
  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively, and possess manual dexterity, performing tasks that require fine motor skills with precision

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment, inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies, and diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
  • The candidates should be able to adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies, complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports, and read blueprints and drawings
