Salary: $24.50 to $26.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Scarborough, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Willing to relocate and Various locations
Supervision: 5-10 people and Security guards

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Security Guard License
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable standing for extended periods

Other Requirements:

The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication skills, and demonstrate reliability
The candidates should be team players

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, be the point of contact when handling emergency situations, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
The candidates should be able to prepare and submit progress and other reports, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and supervise office and volunteer staff
The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures
