Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s and 3-6 years of relevant sales or customer business development experience and CPG experience
  • The candidates should be located in Toronto or willing to relocate (relocation benefits are available) and experience managing customer and vendor relationships
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, JDA, and Power BI
  • The candidates should have strategic customer relationship-building skills and thrive in selling products to national retailers
  • The candidates should have trade fund management experience and be comfortable using data to drive effective promotion decisions
  • The candidates should enjoy analyzing data to identify new insights and business opportunities for both the company and the customer
  • The candidates should have joint business planning experience and the ability to quickly uncover customer needs to deliver compelling pitches and people management experience is required, with the ability to elevate team performance

  • The candidates should be able to manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising at the retailer
