Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree
Experience: Candidates should have over three years of experience in IT Auditing, IT Controls Assessment, and SOX Testing Execution
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to provide guidance to junior analysts, be skilled in creating appropriate analysis and reporting
- The candidates should be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, work collaboratively and build relationships.
- The candidates should be able to work successfully as both a team member and independently, exercise sound judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be able to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in AML/ATF and similar regulatory requirements PCMLTFA and BSA/AML
- The candidates should possess a CISA or CISSP certification, a CAMS and/or CFCS designation, though it is preferred
- The candidates should have proficient knowledge of testing standards, systems, procedures, laws, rules, regulations, reporting, and controls
- The candidates should be knowledgeable in IT control frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT, along with related IT and business processes and operations
- The candidates should have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with business units, FCRM advisory teams, senior management, and business partners at all levels, knowledge of the risk management environment, standards, and regulations
- The candidates should be familiar with current and emerging trends in the industry, be skilled in using computer applications, including MS Office
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to oversee and independently perform testing of AML/ATF controls for technologies used by the Global AML FIU, High Risk Investigations, Sanctions Operations, and ABAC teams
- The candidates should be able to lead the communication and reporting process with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
- The candidates should be able to lead a team of Supporting Analysts throughout all phases of a testing engagement, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
- The candidates should be able to work independently as a subject matter expert in the functional area and applicable regulatory requirements PCMLTFA and BSA/AML) and provide coaching and education to others
- The candidates should be able to act as a specialized resource to provide subject matter expertise for planning, risk assessment, execution of testing and monitoring activities, and AML technology processes with a high degree of complexity
- The candidates should be able to research and evaluate methodologies for analyzing risk exposures for assigned engagements
- The candidates should be able to recommend enhancements to policy and guidelines based on observations made during testing activities
- The candidates should be able to interact frequently with management and senior leadership of FCRM lines of businesses and technology stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
