- The candidates should be proficient in both English and French to meet customer needs while working in an integrated fashion with colleagues worldwide
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to own technical discussions for Azure Migration with customers, leveraging processes and tools, demos, and programs, while using consultative and/or Challenger methods
- The candidates should be able to establish rules of engagement, including role boundaries and handoff strategies for extended teams
- The candidates should be able to build strategy and map the agreed customer vision into an actionable plan, resolve concerns, prevent and remove technical blockers, and validate a strong business case for investment
- The candidates should be able to translate technology complexity into business impact and work with the customer, sales specialists, account team, and partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation, drive technical assessments to map the current landscape and create technical migration plans, building a solid migration business case
- The candidates should be able to design solutions using technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills, and established methodologies to win technical discussions and meet customer
- The candidates should be able to ensure technical decision-makers align with the proposed architecture and migration plan, drive Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to validate solutions
- The candidates should be able to scale through partners by acting as a liaison between the partner, sales specialists, and account team, facilitating partner resources and processes
- The candidates should be able to support partner technical capacity by identifying skill and resource gaps and providing feedback to internal teams
