Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should be able to ensure the showroom is left secured at the end of the shift
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Script-Sure, and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks
- The candidates should be able to process and receive new products as on-air show samples following SOP’s
- The candidates should be able to ensure on-air merchandise is pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set
- The candidates should be able to ensure all products are in air-worthy condition and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items
- The candidates should be able to ensure Return to Vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets
- The candidates should be able to prepare and assemble products where needed and ensure they are on-air worthy
- The candidates should be compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
- The candidates should be able to ensure alignment to support working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic, and National Distribution Centre)
- The candidates should be able to work rotation shifts, including weekends
- The candidates should be able to provide front desk services for our internal customers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events, and video server
- The candidates should be able to inspect, prep, and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards
- The candidates should be able to assemble new product
- The candidates should be able to consolidate inventory to accommodate space restrictions
- The candidates should be able to pull merchandise for return to vendor claims
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with working partners
