Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability and reliability in their work, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and display flexibility and initiative in their tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate good judgment, be organized in their approach, and maintain reliability in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners, and empty trash cans and waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, perform minor repairs to systems, appliances, and facilities, and advertise vacancies and show properties to prospective tenants
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, perform safety and security checks, clean and disinfect bathrooms, work with minimal supervision, and clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
