Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics and Mathematics
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably with an operational or planning focus
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have MS Excel modeling skills, demonstrate a continuous process improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and an inquiring approach
- The candidates should have experience with SAP or other related ERP systems, experience with BPC or similar planning tools, be effective relationship builders and communicators
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to translate operational changes into a financial forecast with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- The candidates should be able to proactively identify improvements in the forecasting process by analyzing key drivers and gaining a thorough understanding of the business model
- The candidates should be able to provide support to Operations by developing a comprehensive, detailed annual budget for all cost centers while collaborating with operational leaders to incorporate initiatives
- The candidates should be able to continuously improve reporting and analysis for key stakeholders by utilizing available systems to automate reports and provide insightful analyses
- The candidates should be able to assist in ad hoc requests from operational leaders by delivering accurate and timely support, work full-time onsite without a hybrid option
