Requirements:

• The candidates should have 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products
• The candidates should have 5 years of experience with Android application development, 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
• The candidates should possess a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• The candidates should have 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction
• The candidates should have 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects
• The candidates should have experience delivering mobile application interfaces written in a reactive framework such as Jetpack Compose, React, or Swift UI

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to contribute to technical roadmaps by proposing projects with strategic value, validating product management direction, and developing estimates
• The candidates should be able to influence and coach a distributed team of developers, empowering them through technical mentorship and architectural oversight
• The candidates should be able to facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines by providing documentation, reference code, and direct support for OEM partner integrations
• The candidates should be able to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality launches by building for testability, assisting with complex issue triage, and meeting compliance launch criteria
• The candidates should be able to design, guide, and vet system designs across System UI while writing product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems
• The candidates should be able to support UX by enabling rapid prototyping and developing feasibility analyses for designs
