Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 35 to 40 hours per week

Transportation information: The candidates should have valid driver’s license, and drive manual transmission vehicle
Work setting: Dairy department, Willing to relocate, Produce department, Non-perishable goods, Frozen foods department, Supermarket/grocery store, Wholesalers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records, and driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in odours and cold/refrigerated area
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be willing to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, initiative, flexible, and reliable
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery, carry customer’s purchases to parking lot and pack orders in customers’ vehicles
- The candidates should be able to obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom, direct customers to location of articles sought, unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
- The candidates should be able to maintain computerized stock inventory, record incoming stock, stock shelves and display areas
- The candidates should be able to keep stock clean and in order, price items using stamp or stickers according to price list
- The candidates should be able to fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock, perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
- The candidates should be able to operate computer for electronic commerce transactions, operate cash register, operate electric palette jack
- The candidates should be able to order picking, provide customer service
