Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related industry.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be someone who can be relied on
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to manage staff and assign duties
- The candidate should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidate should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement price and credits policies
- The candidate should be able to locate, select and procure merchandise for resale and develop, implement marketing strategiesd
- The candidate should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate daily operations and recruit, hire, supervise staff and/or volunteers
