Supervision: 3-4 people and 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Inventory control software and Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and be capable of meeting tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday, adapting to various work environments as necessary

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be goal-oriented, actively working towards achieving objectives and targets, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, being hardworking and dedicated to their responsibilities
  • The candidates should maintain a positive attitude, approaching tasks and challenges with optimism and enthusiasm, and exhibit excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas to colleagues and clients
  • The candidates should also possess excellent written communication skills, producing clear and concise written materials, and exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales, and determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies
  • The candidates should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
