Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have CompTIA A+ Certification (or an acceptable equivalent) and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, hardware components, and system configurations
- The candidates should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
- The candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- The candidates should have experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and provide technical assistance to users
- The candidates should be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating them
- The candidates should be able to manage service requests and incidents in the IT ticketing system, ensuring proper prioritization and timely follow-up
- The candidates should be able to provide support for cloud-enabled technologies and enterprise applications
- The candidates should be able to communicate citywide IT service interruptions or outages and provide timely updates to affected users
- The candidates should be able to assist with installations, upgrades, and system configurations for IT hardware and applications
- The candidates should be able to identify recurring technical issues and escalate them for further analysis and resolution
- The candidates should be able to maintain technical documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base to support future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with internal IT teams to improve overall service quality and efficiency and perform other related IT tasks
