Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have Two to five years of experience in a supervisory role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a good knowledge of WMS Warehouse Management Systems
- The candidates should have a good knowledge of Excel SAP knowledge and Good communication and coaching skills
- The candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the planning of warehouse activities, optimizing resources, and executing processes to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a positive and safe work environment while respecting values and business ethics
- The candidates should be able to manage the individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of their team, including CVP audits and follow-up
- The candidates should be able to propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and problem-solving and plan and prioritize warehouse activities related to specific areas such as reception, storage, and expedition
- The candidates should be able to run reports multiple times a night to follow up on action plans, identify gaps such as missing boxes and prioritize pick and put tasks
- The candidates should be able to check for pricing errors and address them accordingly and to lead team meetings to communicate the evening plan, including activities such as lifts and trans-pallets drivers and containers
- The candidates should be able to conduct research on SAP as needed and address discrepancies and issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and decide on evening shift priorities
- The candidates should be able to prepare and participate in transition meetings between the day and evening teams, ensuring all relevant information is passed on to the day shift and picks for the next day
- The candidates should be able to coach and develop team members to enhance their performance
- The candidates should be able to develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, CVP meetings, and enter them into UTRACK
- The candidates should be able to conduct audits on the CDI (Continuous Data Integration) process and promote best practices and compliance with health and safety norms
