Salary: $26.00 to $40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Tourism/travel services, Management, and Diving
Supervision: 5-10 people and Working groups
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization:Â Business management
Credentials:Â Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Security and safety:Â Driver’s validity licence check, Medical exam, and Eligible for professional liability insurance
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to hire, train, and supervise staff, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and respond to complaints of guests
- The candidates should be able to engage in project management, develop policies and procedures to implement programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
